Hi Dave,

Myself and my husband are owners of a van at Berwick upon Tweed (Berwick holiday centre) we came across your web site as we were looking on line for some help to gather information of any complaints against Bourne leisure. we found your site and are finding it very helpful. We ourselves regret being owners with Bourne leisure, our two season with them have been horrific but as myself and my husband are both disabled and cant afford to move the van or sell it without a great loss and still being in debt were hoping a collective
owners voice may be head a wee bit more loudly than just individuals .

We are both retired threw ill health and when we were on holiday at Berwick we found it pleasant town and the  holiday site we liked also  So we bought what we thought was our retirement haven, boy were we wrong its retirement hell !

Our troubles started  when we purchased a newer  van not 8 months after buying our first  Talk about green round the gills boy were we.  And remember Bourne leisure advise you not to buy a van if your thinking of selling it in the first year boy was they right about that one £30.000 purchase  price turns into £15,000 in under 9 months  hellish for owners all over
I must imagine. We are well and truly caught and stuck in the spiders web cant afford to sell cant afford to move  and when you complain and try to get repairs done,  nightmare time  . don't know about other parks but a toilet seat  replacement at Berwick can cost you
unto £80 mine did and that's not  including  the phone bill for that month.

Then the wily nilly change of park rules e.g.. Boxes dishes etc. Dose  someone in head office just think most of the rules and regulations up to annoy owners and then notify the owners  as a second thought  I feel as an owner we have no support at all ........ none what's so ever .....nil at our park anyways.After sales well errrrmm joke time the office on our site is usual shut or she's on holiday or somewhere else on the park.

We would appreciate any help or advice any one can give us and are saddened deeply bye our  complaints of which we have many to may to list in the one email.
