Hi Dave firstly i would like to say please do not publish my e mail address on you web site we have had some very serious problems which are ongoing with the park solicitors and all and i dont want to make any more waves, thank you,
This is the question for you members we are wanting to sell our caravan but the price we have been offered will not even pay off the finance we owe, does anyone know of a way of getting an independent valuation and a realistic price. We have had a very bad experience of owning a caravan at craig tara and i would not advise anyone to buy a caravan at any bourne leisure park. Thank you a worried owner.

I am thinking of buying a new caravan at Craig Tara Caravan Park in Scotland any pit falls I should look out for?
The caravan is the Bermuda which cost £28,360 (New) and if you buy through Bourne leisure the flat rate is 5.50%
I have never bought a caravan before any advice would be great regards (for and against) Bourne Leisure and Crag Tara
Is there any Owners website that I can look at etc

Hello, i'm an owner at the cala gran we didn't have a xmas party but we had a new years eve party there was a duo band which wasn't very gud but the other owners brought there own food as there was no kind of buuffet of any sort. We had the new ents manager paula doing bingo n a quiz then one of the owners did karaoke with his own equipment

My name is Anthony Dowd (you know who I am Bourne Leisure). We bought a caravan on Cala Gran (private sale) and had severe problems with staff not returning calls and e-mails, lying to us etc. After threatening Bourne Leisure with publicity they agreed to give buy it off us. As the cheque had not been cashed, the Manager told me to cancel it - which I did. Cala Gran then tried to withold the money from the seller by stating I had cancelled the cheque, and therefore the sale. We had to pay for alternative holidays, but despite letters to the Managing Director of Bourne Leisure, we have not even had a reply.
My advice to anyone - DO NOT BUY FROM BOURNE LEISURE. I also had a problem with Marton Mere, including being threatened with violence.
