Comb Haven, (ISSUE 4)

Dear Rockley Park.

I read with great interest and emphusiasm your owners web site - if only we had such a thing at Coombe Haven !

Having been an owner for only a few years I am begining to wonder whether I am being "stiched up" by BL.

The things I am billed for through the year is a record and I am sure that everyone in Hastings has a key to my van according to how many times I am billed for replacements !

My question to you if you can shed any light on this subject, as I have written to the General Manager and so far have had no reply, is this;

The gas and electricity availablity charge? As I see it we as owners are charged for the power we use - that I can except, but now to be charged nearly £50 each service ( gas and electricity =£100) just because BL let us use it to be a bit of a choker!!
If you "rent out" through BL they actually charge their customers for fuel at Coombe Haven £4 per day.( Most of them now are "Sun Readers" holiday makers who reck your van and campsite)
So as I see it they are charging £4 per day for fuel, charging the owner for all fuel used and then charging them for the fact that they use it ! Thats being paid 3 times for the same thing.

Do I smell a scam?

Please if you can I'd love an explination.
