DEVON CLIFFS (2004)

We purchased a holiday home in August this year and agreed to a Guaranteed let with Haven.
We would like to hear of any stories either good or bad as we are just about to embark on our first season.
We live in Hertfordshire so we cannot get down to keep an eye on our investment as often as we would like.
We would very much appreciate some feedback.
We are more than willing to join the Devon Cliffs Members Assoc.

I am not sure who I should be addressing please forgive me.
I e-mailed earlier regarding the Devon Cliffs Association.
We are querying the Safety Tests as well.
We purchased a Atlas Mirage Super 2002 model in August 2003.
Included in the sale Safety checks were carried out and certificates issued. This started in September 2003 when we had our handover.
We were then advised that we would have to pay for more safety checks as our certificate would not cover the whole season of 2004. Surely, we could arrange to have the checks done at the end of August to ensure they were in force before the September deadline.
We will actually be in occupation of the Holiday Home at this time so we could arrange for the engineer to call whilst we are there.
Can we dispute to pay so soon even though the certificates are only going to be 6 months old (if that) when the season starts.

I have recently bought a caravan at Devon Cliffs and will be renting it out for the first time this year, I would be grateful if you would email me any further information about the formation of an owners association when you have it
Hi I have recently purchased a caravan at devon cliffs which I am letting out at the moment with haven letting scheme could you give us any tips on letting as we would like to let the van ourselves. What is the best way to go about letting it so it is booked the majority of the season? Thanks for your time
