I am hoping to try and obtain some more information about this that was posted on the web. (see Issue 1)
This I found extremely helpful as I had just put a deposit down on a caravan at Hafan this weekend just gone. Myself and my partner have owned before on this park and to be honest we didn't have any problems with them as such but received slightly over half of what we paid for our van back off Haven when we had to sell up not 4 months later due to redundancy. To say we felt ripped off is an understatement but we had no choice at the time.
We have tonight cancelled our cheque and have emailed the sales team to find out more about sub letting and the terms and conditions of the finance. I did sit in the office and ask out right whether it was okay to sub let and was told that there was no problems and it was allowed.
Please can you shed some more light on this situation for us as we too like the above people have a young family, and don't want to end up in the same or similar situation.
