Sorry we haven't been in touch for quite a while now we have been in correspondence with Bourne leisure
head of complaints department Mr Rawlings who has told us he has investigated our problems with the park
manger Paul and he has assured him that he will meet us to sort our problems out every time we call the
park manger Paul hes out or we get nasty letters telling us he has invited us down for meeting and we
haven't came down to resolve this matter I Myself have been very ill over this winter and am still ill my
husbands blind and cannot drive plus the man is so arrogant and always right he is impossible to talk to
anyway.
Ha Ha did a forget to tell you now myself and my husband face bankruptcy threw trading standard's bad
advice to with hold monies to both finance and the rest of my site fees for this year till the matters
had been resolved, which i did writing to every one concerned and telling them of the problems myself and
others have with Bourne's lying and quick sales technique plus other sales tricks they uses also mentioned the total lack of after sales care lack of proper repair when the van is let out with Bourne changing of park rules with notifying owners steps disappearing and verandas which must now have a plastic at a more expensive price and you can only use one of there company to get it erected or u have to dismantle the Wooden one yourself plus shutting of facilities like swimming pool etc etc cause of health and safety grounds as i say they know every trick in the book broken promises verbal contract mean nothing to Bourne once you sign that dotted line its
all your fault not there's other on going problems like cleaners emptying your van of all your personal belongings but was not them was in my van mind .so how come we found most of our bedding a towels in housekeeping stores Owners bewareyour caravan will never be your if you let it threw Bourne leisure plus at the end of the year believe me after them taking all there monies for this and that your not even left with enough to pay half your next years expenses.
so the cons go on an on and on Ladies and Gentlemen anybody who owns a Holiday home on a Bourne site and
have had the same or similar experiences with Bourne
please its time to unite
we have been to a solicitor on all of the above matters and find that there is no law to protect us from the Monsters Bourne have become basically we are on our own and if we don't voice concerns other may fall
in to the same trap
Myself am going to the papers name a shame them as much as i can what can they do to me sue me our life has been ruined already bye this company our retirement our health has suffer greatly the stress the debt who needs it wonders to herself do they put disabled and blind folks in jail for refusing to pay a company that lies and cheats you at every turn they can don't give a dam for anybody as long as they make millions
still imprisoned at Berwick for another 10 days till my Holiday home is repossessed and we still face major
debts
