Here we are again at the start of a new season and early reports are favourable to the new changes.
Because of the pressure and public publication of the owners feelings on the web site an independent company was brought in last year to analyse the feelings of owners. This resulted in a selection of randomly picked owners being monitored and their views taken as to what was required to suit their needs. The outstanding issues about Hardy’s from last year have now been dealt with or compromised, the company have instated an owners co-ordinator in the form of Joanne (who ran the pools with such efficiency a few years ago that they were always a pleasure to use). The only park in B.L. to have a representative exclusively for the owners.
Make no mistake that this would not have happened but for the website.
The owners forum is a powerful tool so keep up the good work with your e-mails and I will continue publishing them.
Although this site is run independently by me, the Owners Association, who also do a sterling job for the owners, monitor the site to acquire feedback and from this year will be providing the owners diary and Hardy’s reports. If you have not already joined, join now.
E-mail me for a membership form. The site has now become popular on other B.L. Parks and we have been a very useful tool for the owners at Devon Cliffs to set up their own Owners Association. Owners at other parks are also showing a healthy interest.
