We have just purchased a new caravan from Bourne Leisure at Golden Sands,We are thinking about Executive Letting for next year .Can anyone give me any advise.

hello every one ...we own a van on GOLDEN SANDS at MABLETHORPE we to are having real problems with B.L. on the grounds of misrepresentation and the sale of goods act, we have now taken it to trading standards and they are investigating, we have also made the situation very clear to CAPITOL BANK and they are conducting there own investigation, BOURNE LEISURE think they are above the law so it seems,but we think not, i read with interest the letter concerning the letting out of vans and the finance agreement, i will be taking this issue up with CAPITOL BANK we also have an idiot for a GM but ours is a lying GM, and also i will make inquiries to see if i can found out if PARK RESORTS is a part of B.L. i used to work in the leisure industry and know exactly how it works in head office,sometimes they will pass it on to the GM but mostly as a lot of us has noticed they don,t they throw it in the bin.if any thing is to be done about B.L. then then we have to do this as a collective if every body comes together with all the complaints and not just verandahs,council tax but those who have bought vans that were supposed to include inventories or repairs that were promised to be done at the time of buying,and not done anything like that it comes under the MISREPRESENTATIONS ACT 1967.which is as follows..AN UNTRUE STATEMENT OF FACT MADE DURING THE COURSE OF NEGOTIATIONS WHICH INDUCES THE OTHER PARTY TO ENTER ACONTRACT WITH MISREPRESENTATION. and yes their brochures are misleading therefore comes under the ADVERTISING STANDARDS AUTHORITY,
