I think that it is about time we pointed out just how vulnerable the owners are to management change and changes of policy by B.L. Your passes can be removed on a whim and facilities can be taken away or altered, mostly not for the better, without consultation or even consideration of owners wishes.
With this in mind it is imperative that we have a very strong Owners Association and I would advise all owners to join as we can only have strength in numbers.
The more people that take an active role in the running of the association the better.
REMEMBER The Owners Association is YOU the members, you don’t just join and expect the active members of the association to go to management with a kit bag full of problems while you scuttle away and hide. You have to protest and protest loud as a group if you want to be heard.
Do not forget that there are some owners who like nothing better than to grease round the management and staff doffing their caps and licking their boots and bad mouthing the association. These are the ones who do as much damage as B.L.
