You might just find the following info useful for any owners who have a "Stoves" or "NewHome" cooker, or Glen-Dimplex heaters, in
their caravans.

We have a Stoves mini-range cooker in a Cosalt Monaco van and I accidentally broke one of the four glass doors on the cooker
(fortunately not the main oven door!).
Past experience of the level of service from BL led me to look elsewhere for a replacement.
Stoves (now part of the Glen-Dimplex group) could not help as they claimed the cooker was an obsolete model (only 1999) and spares
no longer available.
A search on the web led me to the "eSpares" company and amazingly they were able to supply the item with a minimum of fuss, at a
reasonable price and in a reasonable time (4 weeks) considering it was a special order.
eSpares handled the whole thing very smoothly and I was particularly impressed by their clear communication and methodical way of
working - both rare in this country!
I thoroughly recommend eSpares Ltd., but one thing to remember when placing enquiries or orders is that you MUST give as much info
as possible such as model or serial numbers, description etc.

Looking at things from another angle, if anyone ever needs any replacement heat resistant glass oven doors and cannot get standard
spares at all, then try The Heat Resistant Glass Co. Ltd. at Blackpool, on 01253 621499 or web www.stove-glass.com as they will make
to order any size of glass panel with very quick delivery. They will also supply heatproof sealants and adhesives.
