PLANS FOR TROPICA

There is a planning application in with Poole Council for a spa complex by the Tropicana pool.

What you as  owners need to know is. Is it an exclusive facility for owners or is it open to the general public?

It looks like a fair bit of the grass area is going to disappear so I would hope there is still going to be room for the many owners who use the area in the busy season.

I also hope the  local yobs have not as much access as they have up to now.
