Just spent a interesting few hours going through all the emails on the website. I am having problems with management at Golden Sands Mablethorpe which is owned by Bourne Leisure and would like some advice before I completely loose it with them.

Well briefly its the usual problem.
I purchased a Abi Polaris mk2 brand new at Golden Sands-
Main user was to be my mother with the occasional use by family and friends. Thought it would be a great idea to have piped gas, requested at time of sale.
Handover of caravan 21/4/07 net curtain missing from inside of caravan, told gas to be fitted 23/4/07
Called in to owners office every weekend until 25/5/07 still no curtain, told waiting to hear from British Gas.
Curtain replaced w/c 25/6/07 after asking for curtain to be taken from another caravan, still no sign of gas.
25/07/07 Reported leaking radiator in bathroom, told ABI on 2 week shutdown.
04/08/07 Reported radiator again.
23/08/07 Phoned ABI to confirm that Polaris 2 is this years model, told it was and is still under warranty.
23/08/07 Phoned Golden Sands to complain, told Rachael will phone you back,, still waiting
25/08/07 Asked about radiator again told ABI on shutdown, asked to speak to manager told " he doesn't speak to the likes of you, you will have to make an appointment
to see the under manager"
01/09/07 Radiator still leaking yellow fluid on bathroom floor
02/09/07 on returning from shop on site I noticed Plot 7 & 9 had piped gas. Plot 7 was sited in June and Plot 9 in August, we still have no gas.
This has now ruined most of the summer, I can't risk anybody using the caravan, cannot even put C/H on
At the time of sale we were told that the pitch is a brand new part of the site with own parking and lawned area,very exclusive and private, also the most expensive at £2500 per year,
what they don't tell you is that its a short cut to the funworks, in other words a public walkway.
Same problem with sheds and walkway, told at time of sale no sheds and you can only have a walkway if you are on mobility and you have to buy it from them.
Walking round the site its full of sheds and walkways... Does it depend if your face fits? Same with the site rules.
Ball games are not allowed anywhere, well signposted, does it stop them......no
If you complain you are told " we can't stop them if they have paid"
It's got to the point now where we are in the office every weekend and I think that as soon as you walk out they ignore any problems you have.
The only time you hear from the Manager is when he his begging you to fill in the questionnaire and mark his site very good.
I was thinking of marking the form very poor in all boxes and enclosing a strong letter outlining the problems and sending it to Hemel Hemsptead but on reading
some of the letters on the site they are just has bad.

Just got back from van, still not fixed, checked with ABI direct and it was not reported until 10th Sept. I have attached a copy of letter that I am sending, had enough of them
