Hi there,
I am an owner at Devon Cliffs and have just read your web site -
I have been very disappointed with Bourne Leisure
and have not renewed my site fees this year. I have no idea how much it is worth
but would be happy to just clear the finance at £22,500.
Any help you can provide
would be greatly appreciated so I can put this saga behind me. If you need any good
'bad'
publicity I can furnish you with letters once I have sold the unit.

..i have spoken to a few people on site about your offer of putin on rockley site
.they are frightened to do and say anything,,ile keep in touch .thanks mate ,,baz
,,,barry ,,i dont care or worry about owners ,i will say and what i want,,loads of
changes going on on this site .but not in favour of the owners .baz from msn site
dear dave.
i would be grateful if you could give me some advice with regard to purchasing a new van at rockley park. my mother and i visited rockley at the weekend and was shown arround the site by a salesman mark stanton and after liking what was on offer decided to put down a refunable deposit on a new van.after reading some of the comments made i am now wondering whether to continue with this purchase,as my mother would be spending a considerable time there alone and i am cocerned for her safety while on the site.
i would be very grateful if you could give me your opinion on this and any other issues that you think a potential owner should consider.
i guess the bottom line is would you reccomend someone buying a mobile home at rockley park?
many thanks
Ive have not written for some time now about the Costa Lotta Littlesea but a problem today masde me sharpen the keyboard and get going.
The buying and selling problems with BL are well known but we should not forget the maintenance problems, today we had a couple with 4 young children booked in, alas no gas, this is on the piped bulk network, so got the cleaner to check first and no gas, phoned lsea at 3pm to report it, nothing happened, phoned again at 8pm and got throught to security who to be fair were very helpful, they went up straight away and got the gas back on, so it takes 5.5 hours to get a five minute job done, in the meantime I have a young frozen family and no doubt a lost customer,so bearing in mind that nobody except the BL experts ha ha! are allowed to touch the gas, rwell done Bourne Leisure
please e mail us a form as we are interested i the insurance and are also tryning to find a gas fitter to replace a fire on the site ,many thanks
I have read on your forum pages that there are private cleaners that will operate
at Rockley Park. I have a 2yr old caravan and have decided to let it privately this
year. A leap of faith on my behalf, having never done it before. I refuse to give
BL any more money than is absolutely neccasary. The problem I have is not living
near to Poole. Would you know or be able to point me in the right direction of the
cleaners mentioned in your forum?
i have just had a very bad experience with this park..i was struggling to pay my fees this year after being on park 8 yrs and never being late with fees and having never sub let i was told i could go on sub let to pay for my overdue fees,i recieved a phone call on mon 2nd april saying my van was 8 yr old so couldnt be put on sub let scheme so they said i must pay the fees now, having told them that i had found my father deceased some 48hrs earlier could they let me have a little time to sort out the family finances and probate etc and i also told them that some of my family had travelled from afar to come and help me deal with funeral arrangements etc and were staying in the caravan by wed 4th they had disconnected me i was offered a meagre amount of money for my pride and joy and was and still am sickened by the way they have treated me especially in these circumstances i am tryin to get the funds together for the funeral bill and they dont give a damn about feelings..... watch this space
While the spelling mistake on your website is by no means the most offensive thing
there, I feel compelled to introtuduce you to the apostrophe and a simple way of
remembering which word to use.
Wrong: Your not just buying a caravan
Correct: You're
not just buying a caravan
Wrong: Your buying a life sentence
Correct: You're buying
a life sentence.
Your is the possesive e.g. that is your awful website You're is the
compounding of "you" and "are" e.g. You're in need of some design training.
Hopefully
this will be easy to remember and ensure that no more embarrasing gramatical errors
enter your (note possesive use) website.
Kind Regards
Webmasters note, It may be a
good idea to do a spell check before you send an e-
