What a damp squib that turned out to be.

I spoke to the producer the morning of the programme to enquire why there was no mention of this site on their web site when there was a link to B.L. And Park Resorts.

 

I was informed that B.L. had put legal pressure on them and their legal department were “well aware of Mr Mcleod and his web site” and they had to put their own web site and the broadcast before their own solicitors which virtually resulted in censorship.

 

I was also told that B.L. had also tried to discredit me but since I am an up front person they could not tell them anything I had not. Pity they judge others with their own morals.

For B.L. to  tell the BBC that the don’t intimidate owners and then proceed to intimidate the BBC is laughable had it not been for the grief they cause to caravan owners.

 

The clip they did show of me saying I got 3 e-mails a week with complaints missed out the fact that that was just caravan buy back complaints. As you know from the forum the complaints are more numerous and wider ranging.

 

It is quite obvious that the web site is more in the public eye and will be picked up again buy another and hopefully more in depth investigative programme.

There also is an increase in people asking for details of a solicitor, which I readily provide.
