Can't find anything about the "Orchards" we are new owners on this Park
Don't expect you remember me! tried for something like to two years to sell our caravan
for enough to pay off the settlement. You know as much as anyone about the farce
of selling. Bourne leisure wouldn't buy at a reasonable price, things got out of
hand and we got repossessed. Hi but then I found out why they didn't want to help
anyone in trouble-
Once an owner at Sandy Bay.
Please carry on the good work of trying to stop unsuspecting people from falling into the same trap as us.

we were bullied off of our park,losing thousands of pounds.
the park made all of the rules and we did not have any right to reply.my daughter was harrassed by a member of staff and the police involved,they warned the member of staff to leave my daughter alone but all that happened was that we lost our licence
our friends were intimidated off of the park by the managers
it all seems very far fetched but the reality is we lost money and even though we have used the caravan council arbitration we have heard nothing back in reply

hi just found your owners website by chance, just wanted to know after reading it
whether or not we should be buying a van there. it is being bought privately from
a lady who used to let it privately. it's in reasonalbly good condition, reasonably
priced and we will probably only use it for family use. is it basicly a good site
if you are not dealing with the managers for renting etc. the lady selling it has
had it for quite a few years and been holidaying there regulaly herself. what are
the sort of problems we are likely to encounter? hope you have time to reply before

Dear sir/madam,
we have been owners at Church Farm Holiday Village for 40 years, but this year will be our last as bourne liars are forcing us off. I am unable to spend long at the moment as we are shortly off on a two week holiday and have only just been advised of your site. in a nutshell we have always paid a reasonable ground rent of £2.5k with yearly increases being about £100. this year we have been advised that they will be moving our van in order to improve the sewage pipework. as such if we want to return to the same pitch it will be £5700!
We also have a number of friends with similar problems, such as one who was sold a new caravan for £35k 18 months ago who has also been given this ultimatum of over doubling the ground rent or they will purchase her caravan for £8k!!!
sorry to be a bit sketchy and brief but i hope to get more detailed info to you on return from holiday. i would be grateful if this could be passed to the BBC so that i can have their contact details, as i have many more stories for them that could fill a whole series!! including H&S breaches and damage to the environment!!
