Tropicana pool temperatures (SHOULD BE 30-32 DEG)
AFTER AN INITIAL PERIOD OF FLUCTUATING TEMPERATURES THE POOL WAS KEPT WITHIN THE PROPER PARAMETERS FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS AND WE HAD SOME GLORIOUS DAYS SWIMMING AND SUNBATHING AND THEN!!!!!!!

30TH JUNE YOUTHS CAUSING A NUISANCE
1ST JULY HAD TO GET POOL REOPENED WHEN STAFF TRIED TO CLOSE IT EARLY
4TH JULY POOL TEMPERATURE 25 DEG
5TH JULY POOL TEMPERATURE 24 DEG
6TH JULY POOL TEMPERATURE 29 DEG (NEARLY THERE)
7TH JULY POOL TEMPERATURE 31 DEG (EUREKA)
8TH JULY POOL TEMPERATURE 34 DEG (DOUBLE EUREKA)
9TH JULY POOL TEMPERATURE 36 DEG (ECKY THUMP-boiler faulty)
10TH JULY POOL TEMPERATURE 32 DEG (LOVELY)
11TH JULY POOLTEMPERATURE 32 DEG (LOVELY)
Apparently the pool was kept really warm throughout the heat wave but when we got back on park on 14th August the temperature had been reduced to 26 DEG and despite repeated requests it was not raised until 3rd September which “coincidentally” was the day a visit was expected from some of the Directors. The pools manager also informed us that he would also investigate the problems with the Jacuzzi heating at the same time. Amazing what!
UPDATE; 19TH SEPTEMBER 03.
I have got to say that since the last report the Tropicana has been so good that we have virtually lived in the pool for the last two weeks. If this level had been maintained throughout the time the pool was open we would have had a much more upbeat report on the situation so lets hope they keep this in mind for next year.
